Enterprise Transformation is an organizational change process that improves the quality of employees' jobs as a means to enhance organizational performance. Quality jobs are characterized by competitive wages and benefits, input into decision-making, opportunities for career development and opportunities for rewards through profit sharing and employee ownership.
