Stan Bear
Managing Partner, Romanow Bear and Associates

Mr. Bear is a Managing Partner at Romanow, Bear & Associates, an aboriginal consulting company that specializes in management consulting, program evaluations and community planning. As Vice President, Stan has played a pivotal role in promoting the company and expanding its markets. One of Stan’s major contracts is with the Assembly of Manitoba Chiefs where he has played a lead role in pioneering for holistic care by and for aboriginal people. By borrowing the traditional practice of sharing circles and applying it to the workplace, Stan is committed to providing health care professionals with a supportive, and flexible work environment given challenging circumstances.

Stan Bear has two decades of experience with the Federal Government, managing programs for Aboriginal Economic Development within Industry Canada.

Stanley Bear, a member of Pegis First Nation, has an MBA from Queen’s University. His masters thesis involved a detailed analysis of the importance of stable institutions for First Nations economic development. Mr. Bear also has a diploma in agriculture from the University of Manitoba.
