Doug Davison
President, The Davison Group Inc.

Prior to forming The Davison Group Inc. in the Fall of 2002 Doug Davison had been the Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Winnipeg's Crocus Investment Fund. Doug was with Crocus for five years and before returning to Winnipeg for that assignment he had been with BC Hydro (as its Vice President of Business Development) and the Ontario Energy Corporation (as its General Manager).

The Davison Group Inc. is active as an energy business partner and provides corporate development services to selected clients in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

During his career Doug has built, worked for, and advised organizations in the areas of capital pool development and the energy sector. Doug's directorships and committee work have included, Meadow Materials Inc.(hi-tech R&D), Power Smart Inc. (energy efficiency), Ballard Power (fuel cells), Canadian Environmental Technologies Association (environment), Carte International Inc. (equipment manufacturing), and Assiniboine Credit Union (financial services). Doug serves as the Board Co-chair of Community Ownership Solutions Inc.
